CHICAGO, IL. — Located just a few blocks from the United Center in Chicago, the Arrow on Ogden is a great location to enjoy a meal or a pint before a game. It has a trendy interior layout – exposed brick and a neat décor class up this bar nestled in more of an industrial looking area in the West Loop.

rsz_img_8724There are 23 flat screen TVs with a variety of sports to choose from. Plus, the staff is extremely accommodating to your requests (one guy at the bar requested, and got, women’s college volleyball on the TV next to him). A hidden benefit to pre-gaming here: cheap street parking out front that is vacant a few hours before a game, and goes all night – beats $20 parking at the United Center.

Home Team(s): Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bulls

Beer: 13 drafts, 12 bottles, 9 cans. Includes IPAs, Gluten-free beer

Food: Go to selections are the burgers – I recommend the Hotness Burger ($11) with smoked jalapenos and a side of tater tots.

Good to know: Order a bottle of Matilda – a Goose Island beer that is only available in pubs, not sold in stores.

Number of TV screens: 23

Location: 1659 W Ogden Ave. Chicago, Illinois

Hours:
Mon-Fri: 5pm – 2am (4pm on game nights)
Saturday: 11am-3am
Sunday 11am-11pm
