MONTREAL, QC — It’s official!  The NHL schedule has been released and fans everywhere are gearing up to watch their favorite teams on opening night.  We’ve waited for what seems like forever for the lockout to end, and we are ready to party.  Hockey Party, that is!

For Montreal Canadiens fans, the Bell Centre won’t be the only place rocking with raucous celebrations.  On Saturday, January 19th join fellow passionate hockey fans at McLean’s Pub at 1210 Peel Street in Montreal for an All Habs Hockey Party!

Enjoy great food and drinks, along with some special menu prices, while watching the game and cheering on the Habs with fellow fans.  It’s a great way to enjoy the game with your friends or family, while meeting new friends who share a common bond.  Compete with pub patrons in the All Habs Trivia Challenge for fun prizes and giveaways!

We’re also proud to announce another very exciting highlight for this event, and for that I’ll hand the writing reins over to Erica, a member of the All Habs team, to tell you all about it along with information on how to reserve your seat for this event at the end of the article:

At this first All Habs Hockey Party of the new NHL season, we’ll be asking our attendees to help us raise money for a good cause. And, to be honest, I’m pretty excited about it. We’ll be holding a raffle to raise money for the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation!

The Foundation helps children by building rinks, organizing activities, and promoting active lifestyles in underprivileged neighbourhoods. They also organize activities for children suffering from long-term illnesses, such as coordinating game nights in the Bell Centre loge that Brian Gionta and Scott Gomez bought for this purpose.

Normally, during the hockey season, the Foundation makes money at every Canadiens home game by selling raffle tickets at the Bell Centre. A shortened season has likely had an impact on their ability to raise the amount of money they normally would, so we at All Habs have decided to help them out.

By purchasing a raffle ticket on January 19th you are directly helping the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation, which will receive all proceeds. But every raffle must have a prize, and I’m sure you’re asking yourself what that is. We’re fortunate enough to have not one, but two awesome prizes: a Canadiens cap signed by none other than Carey Price, and a jersey signed by Masterton Trophy winner and scoring machine, Max Pacioretty.

Tickets will only be available at our Hockey Party, on January 19th at McLeans Pub. Hope to see you there!

Seating will fill fast for this popular event.  Click here to RSVP today and receive the Hockey Party VIP treatment with prime seating at McLean’s Pub, food and drink specials, and the chance to win fantastic prizes!
